The Fuenlabrada City Council has signed an agreement with the University Clinical Foundation of the Rey Juan Carlos University to provide free dental care to children participating in foster care programs.

This initiative is specifically aimed at Sahrawi children participating in foster family programs within the municipality. Beneficiaries will be identified through the Department of Foreign Cooperation, which will provide the necessary lists to the collaborating foundation.
The program covers comprehensive check-ups, cleanings, fluoride application, extractions, and simple fillings based on individual needs. Furthermore, children will receive guidance on maintaining proper oral hygiene to promote long-term health.

"Our goal is to carry out the humanitarian aid project for the Sahrawi population 'Vacaciones en Paz' and to ensure that the children hosted by families in our city benefit from this agreement."

The agreement does not entail any financial cost for the municipal budget, as the University Clinical Foundation will provide these services free of charge. Upon completion of the campaign, the foundation will submit a report to the City Council containing statistical data gathered during this public health initiative.
