The Aranjuez City Council, through the Health Delegation, has launched a free muralism and urban mural painting workshop aimed at young people between 14 and 20 years old.

The initiative seeks to introduce participants to urban art, foster their creativity, and promote the collective creation of a mural. The workshop will run for five consecutive days, from August 24th to 28th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The first three sessions will be held in the Sala Julián Casado at the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Center. On the 27th and 28th, the young participants will move their work to Pozo de las Nieves Park, where they will create and complete the mural.
Coordinated by artist Juan Montes, ‘Krudo’, the workshop will cover aspects such as muralism references, safety, composition, color, and various mural painting techniques, including the use of spray paint, stencils, and markers.
The activity is free and has a maximum of 12 participants, who will be admitted on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Registration is done through a form provided by the City Council.
This initiative is subsidized by the Spanish Network of Healthy Cities (RECS), as part of actions to promote healthy habits and the well-being of the young population.
