Fuenlabrada's Parque Ferial has unveiled a new water play area, designed for family recreation and enjoyment during the summer months.

This modern facility, representing an investment of approximately 570,000 euros, covers 382 square meters and is open to the public free of charge. The water park features the latest innovations in water games, both at ground level and in elevated structures, prioritizing safety and accessibility for all users.
Mayor Javier Ayala highlighted that this installation complements the Parque Ferial, inaugurated last year, which he described as a green lung spanning 200,000 square meters, including trees, a lake, children's play areas, and sports facilities.
The park's design is divided into distinct zones to cater to different age groups. Younger children can enjoy gentle water jets, while interactive areas allow for shared play between children and adults. For the more adventurous, there are apparatuses with higher water output, height games, and falling effects, including directional cannons.
Boasting around 25 water games and structures, some exceeding 3 meters in height, the park offers elements such as domes, tunnels, arches, cannons, and directional jets, along with fun animal and plant-shaped designs.
Sustainability is a key aspect of the project, incorporating a water-saving and reuse system that collects, stores, and treats water for recycling. The non-slip pavement is specifically designed to minimize puddles, further enhancing safety.
This new leisure offering solidifies Fuenlabrada's Parque Ferial as a comprehensive hub for recreation, promoting outdoor activities and connection with nature for the entire family.
