The Sevilla la Nueva City Council has launched eAgora, a free mobile application designed to facilitate communication and access to municipal services for its residents.

The application, available on App Store and Google Play, allows citizens to report incidents in public areas, such as lighting problems or damage to sidewalks, by providing photographs and their location to expedite resolution by the responsible municipal services.
eAgora also centralizes official communications and notices from the City Council, keeping users informed about news of interest, traffic disruptions, works, deadlines, and events. Users can activate notifications to receive these updates directly on their devices.
The municipal agenda offers a space to consult cultural, sports, educational, family, and social activities scheduled in Sevilla la Nueva, promoting citizen participation in the life of the municipality.
Additionally, the application includes a citizen mailbox for inquiries, suggestions, and improvement proposals, as well as access to resources such as appointment booking, a directory of businesses and services, points of interest, and links to other online municipal procedures.
The City Council plans to progressively expand the platform with new features, including activity registrations, a digital Citizen Card, and access to services like the recycling center.
To use eAgora, residents must download it for free, register, search for 'Sevilla la Nueva,' and click 'Follow.' The council encourages its use as a channel for information and citizen collaboration to improve the municipality.
