Rascafría becomes a gastronomic hub from May 18 to June 12 with the celebration of the Km 0 Local Product Gastronomic Days, bringing together producers and establishments from the Sierra Norte.

The town of Rascafría has launched its Km 0 Local Product Gastronomic Days, an event that will run until June 12. The initiative aims to showcase the culinary richness and proximity products of the Sierra Norte, with the participation of various local restaurants and producers.
Attendees will have the chance to engage with a gastronomic passport, offering them a chance to win various prizes. Additionally, guided tours of the municipality have been organized to explore its charm and offerings.
Featured activities include live culinary demonstrations (showcookings), direct sales of local and Km 0 products from the Sierra Norte, and awareness activities for the public, such as tastings and children's workshops. Special menus at participating restaurants and hiking routes with tapas complete the program.
