Following the conclusion of the regular competition phase, the sports entity has decided to open its training sessions to public participation. This initiative aims to introduce floorball to new enthusiasts, highlighting its fast and agile nature.
“"It's pure adrenaline."
Floorball is a discipline deeply rooted in Nordic countries such as Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, as well as in Switzerland and the Czech Republic. Its popularity is gradually spreading to other nations, as evidenced by the high participation in international events, including the 3v3 World Championship to be held in San Lorenzo from June 12 to 14, featuring 28 men's and 23 women's national teams.
The Floorball Escorial Club school offers mixed teams for participants aged 7 and older, competing in a league that brings together various clubs from Madrid in categories such as Benjamín, Alevín, Infantil, and Cadete. Additionally, it boasts two teams in the senior category (Gold League and Silver League) and two women's teams, establishing itself as a national benchmark in this sport.
Training sessions for junior categories take place in the gymnasium of the Felipe II public school, on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4:00 PM.
