Technicians from the Department of Youth of the Torrelodones City Council will be present every Thursday during recess at IES Diego Velázquez and CEIPSO El Encinar. The objective is to bring public resources and information about activities, volunteering, scholarships, employment, training, the youth card, and the cultural bonus directly to the students.
This initiative, which dates back to 2013, aims to facilitate minors' access to information about municipal services, avoiding displacement barriers and shyness. Furthermore, it allows Youth technicians from the Zona Joven Torreforum to introduce themselves and become reference figures for the municipality's young people, gaining firsthand knowledge of their concerns and needs.
The Youth Information Points are set up on Thursdays at IES Diego Velázquez from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and at CEIPSO El Encinar from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. For other young people in Torrelodones, the Zona Joven Torreforum (Av. de Torrelodones, 8) offers daily assistance, as well as contact via WhatsApp (607 278 733) and social media (@zonajoventorreforum).
