The Sierra Norte of Madrid is launching six free bus tours this autumn for residents to discover the murals, heritage, and traditions of its towns.

The initiative, named "Paredes que Hablan" (Walls that Speak), aims to introduce residents of the Sierra Norte to the region's rich cultural and landscape heritage. The tours will take place on September 26th and 27th, and October 4th, 17th, 24th, and 25th.
Each experience includes bus transportation throughout the route, a guided tour, a tasting of local products, and accident and civil liability insurance. Participants can join any of the routes and get on or off at the municipalities included in their chosen itinerary.
Participation is exclusively for individuals registered in any of the 42 municipalities of the Sierra Norte of Madrid. Each route is limited to a maximum of 25 people, and individuals can only participate in one route unless there are available spots. Each reservation can include up to 4 people.
Registration functions as a pre-reservation, with places confirmed after residency verification. Further details on the municipalities included in each route are available. Reservations can be made via a specific link, and additional inquiries can be directed to 630 430 128.
This initiative is a project by the Sierra Norte de Madrid Tourism Innovation Center – Villa San Roque, aimed at promoting the knowledge and enjoyment of local heritage among its residents.
