The driver, a middle-aged man, emerged unharmed from the incident as his vehicle fell into the construction pit, narrowly avoiding the cement and steel pillars being installed.
The event prompted the intervention of the Community of Madrid Firefighters, Suma 112 Emergency Medical Services, and the Majadahonda Local Police. Despite the shock, the driver declined to be taken to Puerta de Hierro Hospital and opted to go home.
Firefighters began the process of recovering the car with a crane, allowing construction workers to resume their work, which had been interrupted for several hours.
