Participants will be able to unravel the mysteries of the Sun disappearing during the day, differentiate between meteorites and asteroids, and understand the similarities and differences between planets. Through models, practical experiments, and the analysis of real geological samples, the workshop aims to bring astronomy and geology closer to young learners.
The activity focuses on explaining the formation of eclipses, the distinctive characteristics of planets, the traces left by meteorites upon impact on Earth, and the clues for identifying an authentic meteor. It is intended for students from 3rd to 6th grade of Primary Education.
The workshop lasts 50 minutes and has a maximum capacity of 28 participants. It is offered from Tuesday to Friday, with several available time slots at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. The price is 150 euros per group, including museum entrance fees.
