The Community of Madrid has gathered about twenty users over 65 years old to evaluate the Virtual Health Card (TSV) and adapt it to their needs.

The Community of Madrid held a meeting with about twenty individuals over 65 years old who use the Virtual Health Card (TSV). The objective is to evaluate its functionality and gather opinions from this population segment on managing the platform to adapt it to their needs.
The Minister of Digitalization, Miguel López-Valverde, participated in this second citizen laboratory, held at the Digitaliza Madrid Innovation Center. He stated that the design of the Administration's digital public services is based on the people of Madrid, who are ultimately the end-users and to whom a closer and more intuitive service must be provided.
During the session, the members of this working group were able to test the application guided by TSV managers. The aim of this meeting was to understand for what and how often they use this resource, as well as to identify any usage barriers or potential improvements.
Among the aspects evaluated were the home screen, the identification systems for accessing the platform, the new installed services, and the most requested functionalities, such as Health Appointment, My Medication, and Reports and Results.
In the previous session, participants had already made suggestions to make this tool simpler and more intuitive, such as incorporating a mobile alert for users when new medical test results are available for consultation or including both a search bar at the top and a fixed menu at the bottom, which compiles the most used options within the application.
