The Móstoles City Council has presented the Comprehensive Plan for Security in the School Environment (PISEE) for the 2026-2027 academic year, an initiative by the Municipal Police aimed at reinforcing security and coexistence in the city's 29 educational centers.

The police operation will focus on student entry, break, and exit times, with five Municipal Police patrols assigned to each of the five school zones. This will be complemented by the Unit Against Gender Violence and Social Protection, the Canine Unit, and plainclothes officers, depending on detected needs.
The PISEE has a preventive nature and aims to detect and prevent situations of school bullying, absenteeism, fights, as well as the consumption and sale of harmful substances in the vicinity of schools. It includes surveillance of parks, leisure areas, and nearby establishments, as well as control of gaming rooms within 200 meters.
The Unit Against Gender Violence and Social Protection will deliver informative talks to students in 2nd year of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) on topics such as school bullying, gender violence, internet and social media risks, youth gangs, drug use, and the prevention of hate and discrimination.
The plan, implemented in 2005, upholds its commitment to a community policing model, based on prevention, collaboration with educational centers, and rapid response to any situation that may compromise student safety.
