The Community of Madrid is promoting a digital and accessible Administration for all citizens, as stated by the Minister of Digitalization, Miguel López-Valverde, during the closing of the Accessible Technology Conference.

The minister assured that the regional government is developing solutions based on users' previous experiences, emphasizing that "the important thing about innovation and progress is their purpose and the use people can make of them".
To achieve this, the regional government is implementing clear language in procedures, simplifying them, and incorporating resources such as text-to-speech or sign language video calls through the 012 service in its public applications and services.
Furthermore, initiatives are being carried out to enhance the digital skills of Madrid's residents with the aim of reducing the digital divide in this area.
