The municipal budget for 2026 includes a global allocation of 18,000 euros for these subsidies, aimed at supporting clubs and associations with expenses related to their sports activities.
In an initial phase, six agreements will be signed with entities that have submitted the required documentation: Club Deportivo Elemental Bigcarp, Club Deportivo Canicross, Club Deportivo Elemental Judo San Martín, San Martín de la Vega C.F., Unión Deportiva San Martín, and Club de Cazadores San Martín Obispo. These six entities will initially receive 1,000 euros each, totaling 6,000 euros.
This increase reinforces the City Council's commitment to collaborating with the local sports sector. The financial aid can cover expenses such as equipment, licenses, registrations, referee fees, competitions, or travel.

Furthermore, in the coming weeks, agreements will be signed for the 2026/2027 season, which will regulate the free use of municipal sports facilities for the clubs under established conditions.
