This center, located on Mancio Serra de Leguizamón Street, has significantly contributed to local economic development. In addition to business creation, it has managed 32 microcredits to consolidate business projects, thanks to a specific collaboration agreement.

Currently, all available offices at The Factory are fully occupied, demonstrating the high demand for its services. Furthermore, 387 people have participated in the training courses held at its facilities, which were renovated during this legislature with an investment of 115,000 euros.

The space totals 377.20 square meters, distributed into a coworking area with eight individual workstations and nine offices designed for entrepreneurs and companies with up to four employees. It also features meeting rooms, one with a capacity for six people and another multipurpose room for up to 25 attendees, where future training programs will be conducted.
