This triumph solidifies La Taberna Catering as a benchmark in the art of serving beer. Last year, Lorena Medina had already achieved recognition as Spain's Best Beer Tapper, and in this edition, Paula Cobos has been responsible for bringing the title back to Alcorcón.
The championship, organized by Estrella Galicia, aims to reward excellence in beer service. Participants must pass various tests that evaluate their tapping technique, service, and knowledge of beer culture. The jury considers aspects such as cleanliness, foam creaminess, presentation, and correct service execution.
The victory of Paula Cobos and La Taberna Catering at the Salón Gourmets, which began on Monday, April 13, and will run until April 16 in Madrid, represents a significant achievement for the municipality of Alcorcón, which celebrates this recognition of the quality and good work of its establishments.
