Getafe CF has officially extended the contract of their reserve team manager until June 2028, securing his position for two more seasons following a highly successful campaign.

The manager of the reserve side, who took charge last summer, has successfully solidified the team's sporting project. During the regular season in group 5 of Segunda RFEF, the squad finished in fourth place with 57 points, recording 16 wins and 9 draws over 34 matches.
The team's attacking performance was a key highlight, finishing as the second-highest scoring side in their group with 55 goals. This offensive strength earned the team a spot in the promotion playoffs for Primera RFEF, where they competed in a challenging tie against UD Logroñés.
Beyond the results, the coaching staff's work has been essential for the development of academy players. Throughout the season, several young talents have been integrated into the first team's training sessions and matchday squads under the guidance of the Getafe CF senior coaching staff.
