Alcorcón Hosts 35th Firefighters' Race for Charity

The sporting event, to be held on May 10 at TresAguas Shopping Center, will donate its proceeds to the Siempre Fuertes Foundation.

The 35th Alcorcón Firefighters' Race will be held on May 10 at TresAguas Shopping Center, combining sport and solidarity to support the Siempre Fuertes Foundation.

The Alcorcón Firefighters, in collaboration with TresAguas Shopping Center, are once again organizing the traditional Firefighters' Race. This 35th edition maintains its charitable nature, with all funds raised going to the Siempre Fuertes Foundation, an entity that actively collaborates in the event's realization.
Registrations for this sporting event are now open and can be completed online. The deadline for registration is May 8. Those unable to run can still contribute by purchasing a solidarity “0” bib. Bib collection will take place on Saturday, May 9 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Plaza Mercadona, and on Sunday, May 10 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Plaza Exterior.
The adult race, featuring a nine-kilometer course that combines asphalt, track, and trails, will start on Sunday, May 10 at 10:30 AM in the Plaza Exterior of TresAguas Shopping Center. Registration for this category costs five euros, which will be entirely donated to the Siempre Fuertes Foundation.
Subsequently, at 11:30 AM, the children's race will be held at the same location, with distances adapted to the participants' ages. Registration for children is free, although it will not include a runner's bag or t-shirt, but they will receive gifts from the sponsors.
