Manzanares El Real Celebrates Weekend of Festivities with CervesFest and Cristo de la Nave

The municipality hosts the Beer Festival, children's activities, sports tournaments, and religious events from September 11th to 15th.

Manzanares El Real is preparing for a weekend full of cultural and festive activities, including CervesFest, the Magic Party, and the traditional Cristo de la Nave Festivity, taking place from September 11th to 15th.

The Plaza del Pueblo will be the epicenter of the CervesFest, the Beer Festival, running from Friday, September 11th to Sunday, September 13th. The event will feature tastings, food trucks with diverse gastronomic options, and craft beer taps from brands like Cervezas Chula and Tenta Brewing Co., alongside conferences on beer culture. Operating hours are 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Friday, 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Admission is free.
Live music will entertain the evenings on Friday and Saturday at 9:00 PM. For younger attendees, a Gymkhana is scheduled for Saturday at 12:00 PM and Balloon Twisting on Sunday at 12:30 PM. The Magic Party, an afternoon of songs, dances, and face painting, will take place on Saturday at 6:00 PM in the Plaza del Pueblo.
The Cristo de la Nave Festivity kicks off on Friday, September 11th, with a water slide at C/Panaderos at 5:00 PM. Saturday, September 12th, will feature a Petanque Tournament at 9:00 AM at the Pista de Petanca, followed by the Magic Party in the Plaza del Pueblo.
On Sunday, September 13th, the Plaza del Pueblo will host Itinerant Folklore at 7:00 PM. Monday, September 14th, the main day of the festivities, includes a Solemn Mass at 12:00 PM at the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Nieves, followed by a Procession with the Music Band through the town center. In the afternoon, there will be a traditional aperitif in the Plaza del Pueblo at 2:00 PM, the inauguration of the exhibition «Old Photos of Manzanares El Real» at 6:30 PM at the Valla de Prado Puente, and an afternoon gathering with a DJ and entertainment at 7:00 PM in the Plaza del Pueblo. The day concludes with fireworks at 10:00 PM from the Castillo Viejo.
The festivities will conclude on Tuesday, September 15th, with a Mass in honor of deceased siblings at 8:00 PM at the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Nieves.
Additionally, the municipality is resuming its philosophy workshops with a session titled «Forgotten Female Philosophers in History», aiming to analyze the work of women philosophers historically silenced or excluded from the philosophical canon.
