The operation, designed to ensure public safety during the celebrations, will focus most of its resources on the fairgrounds, concert areas, and booths. More than 70 officers will specifically cover the afternoon and night shifts, which are the busiest times for attendees.
The security strategy integrates Local Police, National Police, Civil Protection, and the Fire Department. This deployment is supported by measures implemented since 2019, such as private security, the use of seven 24-hour operational cameras, and a public address system connected to the booths to manage incidents.
As part of the festive program, the local government will maintain the Violet Point to prevent gender-based violence. According to official data, the municipality maintains a crime rate eleven points below the regional average, recently reinforced by the addition of 16 new officers to the National Police staff.
