The Community of Madrid has confirmed the awarding of construction works for 365 homes in Arroyomolinos, under the Plan Vive Solución Joven, which will be allocated for affordable rent to individuals under 35 years old.

These new residences, expected to begin construction in the coming months, will be carried out by the company DeA Capital. The project aims to facilitate access to housing for the young population of the municipality, offering advantageous rental conditions.
The initiative is possible thanks to the transfer of two municipal plots by the Arroyomolinos City Council to the Community of Madrid approximately one year ago. These plots total an area of 23,148 square meters, essential for the development of this housing plan.
On one of the plots, located between La Coruña Street and Arousa Street, a development with 205 apartments will be built. The second development, consisting of 160 homes, will be erected on the plot situated between Rosalía de Castro Street and the M-413 road.
Applicants for these homes must meet the age requirement, be under 35 years old, and designate the property as their habitual residence. Furthermore, they cannot own any other property in their name throughout the national territory. Priority will be given to individuals registered in Arroyomolinos or who have worked in the municipality for at least three years.
