The inaugural day will commence at 7:45 PM at the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption with the traditional Flower Offering to San Miguel by local groups and residents. Concurrently, at 8:00 PM, the groups will gather in La Plazuela to kick off a colorful parade accompanied by the 'Los de la Cruz' charanga band.
As part of the afternoon's agenda, a Violet Point will be available in the Town Hall Square from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, aiming to promote festivities free from gender-based violence.
The night's highlight will be at 9:00 PM, when the 'Ako Kullas' group, celebrating its 25th anniversary, reads the Festival Proclamation from the town hall balcony. Later, at 11:30 PM, the skies of Villalbilla will light up with a spectacular fireworks display visible from the grounds of Paseo de Pereda.
The night will conclude at midnight in the Quiosco Square Tent with a live performance by the musical group «Estudio ’80», marking the end of this grand opening night.
These festivities, designed for all audiences, aim to foster community spirit and pride in being from Villalbilla.
