The Redueña City Council has organized the “Rhythm and Movement” workshop, an initiative aimed at residents over 65 years old registered in the Sierra Norte area.

Music serves as a tool to evoke memories, enhance well-being, and facilitate personal expression and enjoyment in company. This workshop aims to leverage these benefits.
The activity, part of the Unwanted Loneliness Project, will take place at the Old Town Hall, located in the Plaza de la Villa in Redueña. It offers participants an opportunity to move to the rhythm of music, share a pleasant time, and strengthen community bonds.
Sessions are scheduled for Fridays: September 25; October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30; and November 6, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
For more information and registration, interested individuals can contact their local social worker or call 671 917 351. Participation is encouraged to enjoy music and share a good time.
