Loeches Prepares for its May 2nd Festivities with a Program Full of Music and Activities

The Madrid town of Loeches will celebrate its traditional May 2nd Festivities with concerts by Orquesta Panorama and Alex Martini, along with activities for all ages.

The town of Loeches is getting ready to celebrate its May 2nd Festivities, taking place from April 30th to May 3rd, offering a diverse program of free activities for all ages, highlighted by performances from Orquesta Panorama and Alex Martini.

The festive program, announced by the Loeches Town Council, will kick off on Thursday, April 30th, with the opening of the children's fair at 6:00 PM on Clara Campoamor Street. The following day, Friday, May 1st, children can enjoy inflatable castles in the Plaza de la Villa from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The evening will feature a performance by the popular Orquesta Panorama at 10:30 PM at the fairgrounds.
Saturday, May 2nd, will be dedicated to the Día de las Peñas (Clubs Day), with a gathering at 12:00 PM in the Plaza de la Villa, followed by a parade to the fairgrounds. The day will continue with a vermouth session featuring live music by Wet Iguanas and Sistema Nervioso in the Plaza de la Villa, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Additionally, a tasting of Madrid-style stew will be offered at 2:00 PM, and a concert by the group El Límite at 2:30 PM in the fairground tent.
Saturday afternoon will be marked by various DJ sessions, starting with an afternoon party with Gabal DJ at 5:00 PM, followed by Javi Gemio at 6:30 PM. Later, Monialex and Vigo JR will perform at 8:00 PM. The night will culminate with the LDPE Show at 9:00 PM, a session by DJ Toni West at 10:00 PM, and the anticipated performance by Alex Martini at 11:00 PM. The music will continue with Guillermo Gil and Dani HC from 12:15 AM.
The festivities will conclude on Sunday, May 3rd, with a morning paintball session from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the fairgrounds, where the tent will also open at 12:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, a live dance exhibition will take place in the tent. In the afternoon, there will be a second paintball session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the festivities will end with an exhibition by the Municipal Dance School at 6:30 PM in the fairground tent.
