The municipality of Redueña celebrated Book Day during the weekend of April 25th and 26th, with a cultural program that included a bookmark workshop and a book exchange for all ages.

Although the official date for Book Day is April 23rd, the activities in Redueña took place on Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th, offering two full days dedicated to culture and creativity. The program began on Saturday morning with a bookmark workshop, where participants learned the scrapbooking technique.
During the workshop, attendees designed and created their own bookmarks using this artisanal technique, which involves personalizing objects such as albums or diaries with cutouts, decorative papers, and other embellishments. Participants demonstrated great creativity, resulting in unique pieces that reflected each author's personality through their choice of colors and materials.
Complementing this activity, a book exchange was held on Sunday the 26th in the town square. Two tables were set up with numerous books that residents could freely take. As a novelty this year, participants were also allowed to contribute their own books, fostering greater dynamism in the exchange.
Throughout the day, attendees not only exchanged books but also recommendations, opinions, and reading experiences, creating a participatory and enriching atmosphere. It was a weekend where culture took center stage, with activities accessible to all ages, designed to foster creativity and a love for reading.
