The Community of Madrid has expanded its Mobile Citizen Service Office to cover all municipalities with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, thereby bringing administration and its services closer to citizens.

The objective of this initiative is to make it easier for citizens to avoid having to travel to request information about the programs and services offered by the Community of Madrid, as well as to carry out administrative procedures.
The mobile office offers citizen information and guidance, document registration, assistance in completing applications, support with procedures involving the Community of Madrid, and collection of suggestions, complaints, and acknowledgments. The Virtual Health Card will also be processed for individuals over 18 who already have a Health Card.
For more information, interested parties can visit the Community of Madrid's website.
The next scheduled visits are: in Navarredonda on November 13, 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and in San Mamés on November 27, 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
