The initiative, developed in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, aims to advance the digitalization of public services. With eAgora, citizens will be able to resolve queries, access relevant information, and interact with the local administration without unnecessary travel.
The application brings together various useful resources and services for residents in a single digital space, offering quick and intuitive access to municipal information. Users will be able to consult news and announcements from the City Council, view the cultural, sports, and leisure agenda, report public space incidents, and access municipal services.
eAgora will also provide channels for citizen communication and participation, promoting a more direct and closer relationship with the City Council. The mayor, Carlota López Esteban, stated that the goal is for technology to be useful in people's daily lives and save them time.
The platform will complement existing information channels, such as the website and social media. The application is free and available for Android and iOS devices through Google Play and the App Store. It can also be used from a computer at web.eagora.app.
