The Valdemorillo City Council has initiated a two-month public consultation period for the draft of the General Urban Planning Plan, allowing residents and property owners to submit their suggestions.

The Valdemorillo City Council has taken a significant step in its urban planning with the publication of the General Urban Planning Plan Draft in the Official Gazette. This milestone marks the beginning of a public consultation period that will extend over the next two months, during which residents and property owners will have the opportunity to access the documentation and submit any suggestions they deem appropriate.
This process is designed so that all interested parties can not only consult the available information on the projected urban development for the town but also resolve any doubts they may have. The initiative aims to foster citizen participation and ensure that the voices of the inhabitants are heard in this important planning process.
The complete documentation is accessible through the City Council's Transparency Portal. Additionally, starting Wednesday, June 3rd, personal assistance will be available at the General Plan Technical Office, located on the second floor of the María Giralt Municipal Building. This assistance will be provided by appointment on Wednesdays, both in the morning and afternoon, throughout the public exhibition period.
Furthermore, a public event has been scheduled for the upcoming Wednesday, June 3rd, at 5:00 PM, in the María Giralt Municipal Building. This session will officially present the Plan Draft, offering a space for citizens to be informed directly and express their opinions on the urban proposals.
