The incident occurred when the victim, who sustained an open fracture in his left leg and a closed fracture in his right, became trapped on the ride. Bystanders intervened to help the man, who was found upside down in the first few cars.
Sources from Emergencias 112 Comunidad de Madrid confirmed the injuries. After receiving initial medical assistance at the venue, the injured man was urgently transported by a SUMMA 112 helicopter to the 12 de Octubre Hospital for a comprehensive evaluation.

Parque Warner stated that the roller coaster stopped immediately and all emergency procedures were activated. Civil Guard and Local Police officers were dispatched to the scene to assist.
As a precautionary measure, the affected area was evacuated, and the attraction, inaugurated in 2023 and a major draw for the park, remains closed while the incident is investigated in coordination with authorities. The ride reaches speeds of 100 km/h and features a 98-degree drop.
This incident brings to mind a tragic event in 2005 at the same park, where a 23-year-old man died after hitting his head on the 'Hotel Embrujado' attraction. At that time, conflicting accounts emerged from the company and the victim's family regarding the accident's cause.
The park also experienced a mechanical failure on the 'Stunt Fall' roller coaster in 2002, which left 30 people suspended upside down without casualties.
