The events occurred on December 21, 2025, after a concert concluded in the town. Several individuals belonging to a fan group of the football team from Alpedrete, who had attended the event, were involved in the incident.
The alleged assailants, some of whom carried blunt objects and wore ski masks to conceal their identities, waited near the venue until the concert ended. When one of the attendees was alone on the street, he was surrounded and repeatedly beaten, sustaining injuries to his face and other parts of his body.
Subsequent investigations have led to the full identification of all those involved. They are currently being investigated for their alleged participation in assault charges, with the aggravating factors of ideological discrimination and membership in a criminal group.
The operation was coordinated by the Instruction Section of Court 5 of Collado Villalba and the provincial Prosecutor's Office for Hate Crimes. This action is part of the Civil Guard's plan against hate crimes and discriminatory conduct.
