The official festive day in Soto del Real begins with one of its most deeply rooted religious events: the Bajada de la Virgen del Rosario. At 9:00 PM, the image of the patron saint will be transferred from the Hermitage to the Parish of the Inmaculada Concepción in a procession that gathers numerous residents and devotees.
Following the religious act, at 10:00 PM, the Plaza Chozas de la Sierra will be illuminated by a grand fireworks display, an event anticipated by both young and old.
The official opening speech, marking the definitive start of the festive calendar, will take place at 11:00 PM from the balcony of the Plaza de la Villa, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy the communal celebration.
The night will be filled with live music. The Orquesta Benidorm Show will perform at 11:45 PM in the Plaza de la Villa, offering a varied repertoire until 4:30 AM. Meanwhile, in the Los Morales area, La Banda del Cien will start their concert at 11:30 PM, followed by a commercial music set by DJ Joel Caro from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM. The Carpa Joven (Youth Tent) in Parque del Río will feature music until 6:00 AM.
