The evening will feature the Spanish Chamber Orchestra, which will perform a program designed to connect with diverse audiences. The repertoire ranges from Baroque period compositions, such as those by Johann Sebastian Bach or Antonio Vivaldi, to contemporary pieces and film scores.
Selected works for the event include compositions by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Edvard Grieg, Astor Piazzolla, and Ennio Morricone. The concert will conclude with the Romanian Folk Dances by Béla Bartók, aiming to provide a dynamic finale for the attendees.
This activity is part of the summer program of the Sierra Musical Association, a non-profit entity that has been promoting classical music in the Sierra de Guadarrama area for four decades. The festival is supported by local councils in the region to facilitate access to culture.
