The Senior Hiking program in Moralzarzal is organizing a new route on June 9th, heading to La Charca del Gato, a low-difficulty circular trail.

The initiative, aimed at residents over 60, will take place between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The proposed route covers a distance of 3.2 kilometers with an accumulated elevation gain of 43 meters, classifying it as low difficulty and ensuring accessibility for most participants.
The circular route features paths and tracks with minimal incline, venturing into the natural environment of Moralzarzal. The journey will start in the Chaparrillos area, continue along the Camino de Redondillo, and allow participants to enjoy the beauty of La Charca del Gato, as well as various areas with Mediterranean vegetation.
The trail will conclude by connecting with the Camino del Lago, which will guide participants back to the starting point. This itinerary is specifically designed for those seeking to enjoy the scenery and physical activity at a relaxed pace.
