The final cultural initiatives for July in Guadarrama are presented with the program «Desvelos de Cultura», offering a magnet and troll workshop for children and a theater play for the whole family.
The creative workshop, aimed at younger audiences, will take place on Friday, July 24, at the Parque Municipal starting at 8:00 PM and is free of charge.
The following day, Saturday, July 25, artist María Toledo will present her play Trovadora at the Centro Cultural la Torre. The performance, starting at 8:00 PM and lasting 50 minutes, highlights the role of women in history and the effort and joy in everyday lives often omitted from books. Tickets cost 4.5 euros and can be purchased in advance via the eAgora platform.
The summer cinema program will be held at the Casa de Cultura Alfonso X el Sabio. On Friday, July 24, Sunday, July 26, and Monday, July 27, at 7:30 PM, Minions & Monsters, an animated film for family audiences, will be screened.
For adult audiences, Michael will be shown, a cinematic portrait of the life and legacy of Michael Jackson. Screenings will take place on the same dates, July 24, 26, and 27, at 9:30 PM.
