Writer and media personality Benjamín Prado will participate this Wednesday in a literary encounter at the Casa de Cultura in Guadarrama to present his latest work.

Writer and media figure Benjamín Prado will headline a reader's encounter this Wednesday, June 10th, at the Casa de Cultura Alfonso X el Sabio in Guadarrama. The event, organized by the Culture Department through the Aula de Humanidades, will begin at 6:00 PM and will be open to the public.
During the event, Prado will discuss his most recent work, titled Qué estoy haciendo aquí. In this memoir, the author intertwines his passions for literature and music, his vocation, personal anecdotes, and life experiences, offering a journey filled with humor, subtlety, and erudition through his personal and professional trajectory.
Considered one of the most significant writers of his generation, Benjamín Prado, alongside authors like Vicente Gallego, Aurora Luque, and Amaia Bautista, has shaped the so-called Generation of '99. His extensive work spans poetry, novels, aphorisms, and essays, earning accolades such as the Premio Hiperión de poesía for Cobijo contra la tormenta.
The encounter will be introduced by Enrique Ortiz, a Literature Professor at UNE and a lecturer at the Aula de Humanidades of Guadarrama, who will guide the conversation with the author.
