The National Judo League begins its new season in Villaviciosa de Odón, where the Technification Center will become the main stage for Spain's top men's and women's clubs in an inaugural round full of excitement and high-level competition.

This initial phase will feature 16 teams, divided into four leagues of four. The primary objective for each team will be to secure one of the top two positions in their group to advance to the second round. In that stage, the qualified teams will be reorganized into two A leagues, where positions 1st to 8th will be contested between the second and third rounds.
Teams that do not qualify for the A leagues will compete in the B leagues, fighting for permanence in the category and to avoid relegation, thus defining positions 9th to 16th.
The competition will feature prominent national judokas, all vying for qualification for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. The participation of internationally renowned athletes will further elevate the competitive level of the event.
Several clubs from the Madrid region are strong contenders for podium finishes. Among them, the Asociación de Judo Móstoles (AJM), Judo Club Sotillo, Judo Club Getafe, and C.D.E. Brunete stand out, all teams with a solid track record and high aspirations in this edition of the league.
Last season's results showed the dominance of Valencia Club de Judo, which claimed titles in both the men's and women's categories. In the men's competition, the podium was completed by C.D.E. Brunete, Girona Judo, and Asociación Judo Móstoles. In the women's category, AJM secured second place, while Judo Club Getafe and Judo Club Sotillo took third and fourth positions, respectively.
With Villaviciosa de Odón as its central hub, the National Judo League promises a spectacular start, bringing together talent, ambition, and high-level sport in an unmissable event on the national calendar.
