The diploma ceremony was attended by representatives of the Collado Villalba City Council, who used the occasion to listen to the participants' concerns. Among the issues discussed, attendees highlighted the difficulties of labor market integration related to age and the instability of current job offers.
The program, designed as a training measure alternating with work activity, involved 11 cleaning professionals and 18 officers specialized in masonry, locksmithing, painting, and electricity. All participants worked full-time throughout the eight-month period.
The funding for this initiative exceeded 645,000 euros in total. The majority of the funds were provided by the Department of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid and the State Public Employment Service, while the local council contributed over 145,000 euros for its execution.
