This innovative digital platform, officially launched on May 8, is part of a regional digitalization project promoted by the Community of Madrid. Its primary goal is to simplify municipal management, allowing residents to carry out procedures and report issues directly from their mobile devices quickly and easily.
In addition to incident communication, the 'eAgora' app will offer users the ability to consult the municipality's activity agenda and receive updated information on various local matters. This aims to provide more agile, direct, and accessible services from the administration.
“"With eAgora, the aim is to achieve more agile, direct, and closer access to the services offered by the municipality."
The official presentation of the tool took place at the Exhibition Hall of the Culture Center, where a specialized technician detailed the application's functionalities and answered attendees' questions. The local administration has encouraged residents to familiarize themselves with 'eAgora' to benefit from its daily advantages.
