The event, which will kick off at 5:30 PM, is organized in collaboration with the Galapagar Solidarity Network and aims to promote oral storytelling among children and their families. Participants are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite storybook characters to enhance the immersive experience.
The route will begin at the Librería infantil y juvenil El Faro (Children's and Youth Bookstore El Faro), located at Plaza del Caño, 5. Participation is free on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that all interested individuals can enjoy the stories.
Throughout the route, attendees will visit a total of seven stops strategically located in different establishments and associations within the municipality. Each stop will feature unique stories and tales with new characters, creating an itinerary full of fantasy.
The storytelling points include the Librería infantil y juvenil El Faro, Herbolario La Ventana Natural (Natural Herb Shop La Ventana Natural), Tienda de manualidades Manos y Colores (Craft Shop Manos y Colores), Casa del mayor La Posada (Senior Center La Posada), Asociación En Galapagar No Está Solo (Association In Galapagar One Is Not Alone), Centro Social Ítaca (Itaca Social Center), and the Biblioteca pública Ricardo León (Ricardo León Public Library).
The organization encourages attendees to immerse themselves in the world of stories, promising that "magical things will happen, the kind that only occur in the world of fairy tales." This proposal aims to be a space for enjoyment for children of all ages, celebrating the magic of oral storytelling in the streets of Galapagar.
