The Department of Childhood and Youth of the Hoyo de Manzanares City Council is launching a new edition of its free youth workshops, offering a varied program for the 2026/27 academic year. The activities are designed for young people between 7 and 30 years old and cover disciplines such as robotics, scooter, parkour, and graphic design.
Registrations will begin on Wednesday, September 23rd. Interested individuals can register in person at the Casa de la Juventud (Youth Center) or via email at juventud@hoyodemanzanares.es. Classes will start between October 1st and 2nd, 2026, and will continue until June 2027.
The offer includes Parkour Workshops at the Parkour Park for young people aged 8 to 30, with beginner and advanced groups scheduled for Wednesdays and Fridays. Scooter Workshops will take place at the Skate Park, aimed at young people aged 7 to 25, with three levels on Fridays.
Additionally, Mixed Graphic Techniques Workshops (design, printing, engraving, solar printing) will be held at the Casa de Juventud for young people aged 12 to 30 on Thursdays. Robotics Workshops, aimed at young people aged 9 to 17, will take place at the Centro de Cultura (Culture Center) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The registration period will open on Wednesday, September 23rd at 4:30 PM. In-person registration can be done at the Casa de la Juventud during specific hours from Wednesday to Friday. It is reminded that places will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing registered residents of Hoyo de Manzanares, and no registrations will be accepted before the indicated date and time.
