Five units from the Community of Madrid Fire Department extinguished a vegetation fire in a roadside ditch on the M-50 highway on Monday, near Majadahonda.

The fire, which originated in a ditch at kilometer 79 of the M-50, was controlled and extinguished by the deployed units. The swift intervention prevented personal injuries and ensured the incident did not affect road traffic.
The incident affected approximately 4,000 square meters of vegetation. Firefighters worked to control the flames and prevent them from spreading to adjacent areas.
According to sources from Emergencias Comunidad de Madrid, no personal injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
