The Julián Redondo Exhibition Hall, located at the Casa de Cultura in Collado Villalba, presents a photographic and documentary exhibition about the lives of centenarian citizens in Madrid.

The exhibition, titled Madrileños Centenarios. La Sabiduría de la Longevidad, will be open to the public from August 27 to September 17. Visitors can access the display for free on weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The initiative offers a visual and testimonial journey through the experiences of people born at the beginning of the 20th century. Through their stories, the exhibition allows viewers to observe the evolution of the Community of Madrid, from the social and political tensions of their youth to the consolidation of modern democracy.
According to data presented in the exhibition, there are currently 2,500 people in the region who have surpassed a century of life, part of a group of nearly 20,000 centenarians across Spain. The display highlights how this group has been a direct witness to the technological, scientific, and social transformations that have defined the development of the Madrid region.
