On the occasion of World Bee Day, the Nature Centers of the Environmental Area of the Collado Villalba City Council will offer a program of free activities for the whole family throughout the weekend. These events aim to highlight the vital importance of bees and other pollinators for the planet's health and human food supply, as well as to raise awareness of the challenges they face.
The relationship between humans and bees dates back millennia, with these insects being fundamental to the subsistence and culture of numerous communities worldwide. The commemoration seeks to reinforce the lasting alliance and interdependence between them.
