The Collado Villalba City Council has opened the registration period for the 23rd edition of the Youth Art Contest, an initiative aimed at promoting local creative talent and showcasing participants' works.

Interested young people, aged between 14 and 30, have until September 30 to submit their creations. Accepted categories include photography, painting, drawing, printmaking, engraving, and sculpture. Each author may participate with a maximum of three works, which must not exceed one meter on their longest side or weigh more than 20 kilograms, including the frame or support.
The Casa de Cultura in Collado Villalba will host a collective exhibition from October 20 to 29. During this event, on October 29, the winning artists of this edition will be announced.
To formalize registration, it is necessary to complete a form and a technical sheet for each work. All documentation must be submitted to the Collado Villalba Youth Center, located at Calle Rincón de las Eras, number 10. A specialized jury will select a maximum of three works to be part of the traveling exhibition of the Youth Art Circuit of the Northwest Community of Madrid.

"The contest aims to promote the creative talent of all young people and make their works known."
