This new space, located at the ‘Marcelino Camacho’ Training Center on Ramón y Cajal avenue, 5, is designed to offer distance learning to adults, aiming to enhance their personal and professional skills through the efficient and sustainable use of information and communication technologies.
The classroom will operate 15 hours a week: Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is aimed at individuals over 18 years old and features over 240 courses in areas such as IT, languages, entrepreneurship, design, culture, and administration. This non-formal training can lead to partial professional competency certifications, according to Law 3/2022.
Students can begin their training at any time of the year, progressing at their own pace without strict deadlines. Although the courses are online, the center will provide information, guidance, enrollment, and support. It will also be the location for in-person exams to obtain the certificate of completion issued by the Ministry.
The cost per course is 48 euros, granting platform access for two months. Users requiring more time can extend their access for an additional 24 euros per month.
