The Tres Cantos City Council executed nearly 1,400 social actions during 2025, prioritizing support for families, seniors, and vulnerable populations.

According to the Technical Evaluation Report, prepared in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, these interventions solidify the municipal care model. A total of 1,382 actions fall under the Information, Guidance, and Assessment Program, which serves as the main access point to local social services.
Support for families and minors has been a fundamental pillar, with 1,008 interventions from the Family and Childhood Program, 787 of which began in the same year. These initiatives have benefited approximately 2,300 people, many facing social risk or family conflicts.
In the economic sphere, the council managed 235 requests for social emergency aid, granting 157 of them and benefiting 302 people with an investment of 64,590.55 euros. Additionally, 78,752.79 euros were allocated for 188 school meal and early childhood education grants, ensuring child welfare and access to education.
Care for seniors and dependent individuals has also been a priority, with 494 telecare users and 239 beneficiaries of home care services, which accumulated over 22,000 hours of assistance in 2025. Furthermore, emotional well-being programs have been implemented, such as the agreement with the San Camilo Listening Center, which assisted over 310 people, and the MITIGA project, in collaboration with La Paz Hospital, focused on preventing cognitive decline for 30 beneficiaries.

The data reflects the consolidation of a social services system focused on comprehensive care and prevention, adapting municipal resources to respond to increasingly complex situations.

The Local Suicide Prevention Plan has also developed awareness and training actions, with over 300 people participating in workshops and activities such as the Punto y Seguido program during Suicide Prevention Week.
