This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and equip participants with the necessary tools to confidently navigate today's digital environment. The courses are designed to enhance digital autonomy and the ability of attendees to interact with online platforms.
The program covers various technological areas, from content creation using artificial intelligence to secure application management and social media handling. The primary goal is to provide seniors with knowledge that enables them to use technology safely and effectively in their daily lives.
Sessions will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During April, courses will include content creation with artificial intelligence (from the 21st to the 24th) and the use of WhatsApp and Telegram (from the 27th to the 30th).
In May, the schedule features training on technology applied to well-being and health (from the 5th to the 8th), social media management (from the 11th to the 14th), applications for online procedures (from the 19th to the 22nd), and digital security (from the 26th to the 29th).
Participation in these courses is free but requires prior registration. Interested individuals can register in person at the Occupational Training Center, located at Avenida Ramón y Cajal, 5, or via the email address provided by the City Council.
