The initiative, designed to bring regional administration closer to towns with fewer than 65,000 inhabitants, will allow residents of Tres Cantos and Colmenar Viejo to carry out various procedures without needing to travel to other offices.
Services offered by the mobile unit include information and guidance on regional programs, document registration, assistance with filling out forms, support for administrative procedures, and the collection of suggestions and complaints. Additionally, it will process the Virtual Health Card for those over 16 and the digital Youth Card.
The mobile offices, staffed by two specialized agents, travel periodically to the municipalities. The usual frequency is weekly, although in towns with fewer than 500 inhabitants, service is provided bi-weekly.
In Tres Cantos, the service will be available every Thursday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Plaza de la Constitución, 1. The upcoming dates are Thursdays June 18 and 25; July 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30; August 6, 13, 20, and 27; and September 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Meanwhile, in Colmenar Viejo, the mobile office will operate every Wednesday, during the same hours of 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, next to the City Hall, located at Plaza del Pueblo, 1. Visits are scheduled for Wednesdays June 17 and 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29; August 5, 12, 19, and 26; and September 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.
