The Youth House in Colmenar Viejo will launch a free and stable cinema series on May 21st, designed to boost cultural offerings and strengthen bonds among local residents.

The project, promoted by the Department of Family, aims to transform municipal spaces into meeting points where the seventh art serves as a tool for social cohesion. Unlike isolated events, this initiative is established as a continuous program that will run for most of the year.
The first session will take place on May 21st at 6:00 PM in the Assembly Hall of the Youth House. The film selected for the premiere is Marley & Me, a family comedy that explores the stages of life as a couple and building a home.
Access to all screenings will be free of charge. To facilitate organization, the venue doors will open half an hour before each screening. After the premiere, the series will take a summer break and resume in September with a bi-weekly schedule until December.
