The Community of Madrid has approved an investment of 3 million euros to guarantee the operation of the five Mobile Citizen Service Offices through 2026 and 2027, a service that has already managed over 34,700 consultations.

The regional Government has authorized a multi-year credit to maintain this resource, which serves municipalities in Madrid with up to 65,000 inhabitants and covers an average of 6,200 kilometers weekly. Since its launch, these offices have handled a total of 34,718 inquiries.
As a new feature, the units have been equipped with state-of-the-art Semi-Automatic External Defibrillators (DESA), becoming cardioprotected spaces. Furthermore, over 40 workers have received specific training to act in case of health emergencies.
Since early June, a fifth mobile office has been added to the existing four. This new unit extends the service to 16 towns with up to 65,000 residents, having already assisted 259 individuals since it became operational.
The route for these mobile offices includes municipalities such as Aranjuez, Arganda del Rey, Colmenar Viejo, Pinto, Tres Cantos, Torrelodones, Villaviciosa de Odón, Arroyomolinos, and Navalcarnero, among others. Public service hours range between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM, adapting to local needs.
